Having previously held significant roles at Accenture and Willis Towers Watson, Beverly has consistently showcased her ability to drive strategic initiatives and make a lasting impact on a global scale.

Today, Beverly channels her passion for creativity and entrepreneurship as the proud owner of 'The Mayflower,' a charming floral boutique nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of Södermalm, Stockholm. Since its grand opening on October 1, 2023, 'The Mayflower' has become a cherished spot for both locals and visitors, celebrated for its innovative floral designs and exceptional service. This venture marks an exciting chapter in Beverly's journey as a 'Flower Boss.'

As a trained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Beverly has a knack for optimizing operations and enhancing efficiency, a skill she’s used to great effect throughout her impressive career. Her analytical and detail-oriented approach has been a key factor in her professional success.

Beverly's career began in the vibrant world of hospitality, where she worked for Walt Disney World and several 5-star luxury hotels. This experience provided her with a solid foundation in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences, shaping her professional ethos.

Originally from the USA, Beverly made the adventurous move to Sweden 15 years ago, bringing with her a wealth of international experience and a fresh perspective. She further honed her floral design skills at Floristutbildarna between 2022 and 2023, where she developed a refined aesthetic and a deep love for the art of floristry. Beverly's educational journey is as remarkable as her professional one. She is a proud graduate of the prestigious Institute Hotelier César Ritz and Cornell University, where she majored in hotel administration. This strong foundation in hospitality management has equipped Beverly with the skills to thrive in various industries and adapt to ever-evolving market trends.
