Europe is on a mission to become the first climate-neutral continent, emphasizing the urgency of sustainability efforts. The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) is a key part of that mission, with the aim to achieve the targets established by the Paris Agreement and the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The CSRD will be incorporated into Swedish law on July 1, 2024, and requires all large companies and all listed companies (except listed micro-enterprises) to disclose information on the risks and opportunities arising from social and environmental issues, and on the impact of their activities on people and the environment.
